As a member of the KidzEyes.com panel, you will get invitations by email to answer questions about what you think about new products for kidz, the kinds of foods, clothes, games, sports, TV shows and movies you like, and lots of other things.

We ask you to agree to 3 things:

• Answer these questions honestly – just tell us what you really think.

• Answer the questions yourself. It’s OK for you to ask your Mom or Dad, a big brother or sister, a babysitter or older friend for help, but we want to hear your answers, not theirs.

• Don’t save copies of the questions we ask or the new ideas we show you on your own computer or send copies of them to your friends. If you have friends who would like to see the things we send to KidzEyes panel members, have their parents contact us at 1-800-543-9393.

As a parent or guardian of a KidzEyes panel member, you will be notified of all communications that we send to your kidz, and may occasionally get an invitation to participate in an online survey yourself, or with one of your kidz.

We also ask you to agree to 2 things:

• Encourage your kidz to respond to KidzEyes survey requests promptly and honestly. Feel free to help them with surveys (especially the younger kidz) but remember that we’re interested in their own thoughts and ideas.
• We recognize that your kidz may want to tell their friends about new ideas that they’ve seen in KidzEyes surveys, but we ask you to encourage them to respect our clients’ need for some security. Please help us keep kidz from saving copies of the questions we ask or the new ideas we’ll show them, or sending copies of them to their friends.
